Returns

When you buy from us online as a private person you have the right to withdraw your order in 14 days from the day you receive the product according to EU regulations.
You can’t use the possibility to withdraw the purchase on products you have mounted in the car, if you have broken it or if you have made a special order from us on a product we normally don’t have in stock. Therefore, it is very important that you as a buyer have the knowledge to make a decision if the product you have bought from us is the correct one for your car before you mount it. You also need to keep the packaging in good shape.

Do you want to send back any of your products?

  • Always place a paper in the box with order number and product numbers on the product you need to return to us.
  • Everything you send back need to be in a good shape in original packaging so it will be possible for us to sell it again (if it is not a broken part of course)
  • Send to (We can help you with a return label for a fright cost)

If we not accept the return you have made we will send the package back to the customer. Reasons for this can be a product where some parts are missing, not the same part that you bought, a return later then 14 days for no reason or if we can see that the product is used or mounted.

LBM Autoparts will not collect gods at service point or terminal. Send to us direct.

I the gods and/or products are damage because of bad packaging the cost will land on the customer. We pay back the value of the return when we have received it and accept it. If we do not accept the return we will offer to send it back without cost.
